End User License Agreement

Revora Cash Recovery is a product of Revora Labs LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
1. The service
Revora Cash Recovery ("Revora") is a hosted service that ranks and explains open receivables for your organization. Access is granted to the users your organization's owner or admin invites.
2. Your data
You own the data you upload or connect. You grant Revora the right to process it solely to provide the service. Revora does not sell your data and does not use it to train models.
3. Connected accounts
When you connect QuickBooks Online you authorize Revora to read accounting data as described in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke that access at any time from the Integrations page or from Intuit's connected-apps settings.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Revora to store data you are not permitted to process, to interfere with the service, or to attempt access to another organization's tenant.
5. No professional advice
Revora surfaces information and recommendations; it does not provide accounting, legal or credit advice, and it never takes action with your customers on its own.
6. Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is" during the pilot period. To the extent permitted by law, Revora's liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
